Hi, I’m Gina Baca and I’m passionate about helping homeowners transform their spaces into something truly exceptional. With a strong background in home design, renovation, and project coordination, I specialize in guiding clients through the remodeling process with clarity, confidence, and care.
With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Gina Baca has become a trusted name in the Northern Virginia markets specializing in Old Town Alexandria. Known for her sharp eye and hands-on approach, Gina has overseen the transformation of countless properties—guiding renovations from concept to completion—while seamlessly managing multimillion-dollar transactions across resale, new construction, and rental sectors.
Gina’s passion for real estate began in her early years growing up in the vibrant Bay Area of Northern California. Shortly after graduating, she took her first step into the industry by purchasing her first home at the remarkable age of 19.
Guided by her father—a highly successful real estate mogul who taught her everything she knows—Gina gained firsthand experience in the world of property investment, renovation, and business ownership. Working closely alongside him, she helped transform the family business and eventually took the reins, proudly rebranding it as G Baca Floors.
With years of experience in business ownership and home renovations, Gina later gahered expertise in mortgage lending and commercial property management. After 12 years, she relocated to the Northern Virginia/Washington, D.C. area, where she advanced her marketing skills and went into custom home building.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Gina believes true success is measured by the impact you make in the lives of others. Giving back to the community is deeply important to her, which is why she proudly serves as a Board Member of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Old Town Festival of Speed & Style.
Through this charitable organization, she helps raise vital funds to support families experiencing homelessness, youth education programs, and individuals battling breast cancer—causes that reflect her passion for service, compassion, and strengthening the community she calls home.
Since its inception in 2019, the festival has grown into the largest and most impactful event in Old Town, setting new records for attendance, vehicles on display, and charitable funds raised. To date, we have raised more than $175,000 for our local charities. This achievement is supported by our strong media strategy, which utilizes every major platform to deliver exceptional reach throughout the metro D.C. region and the Alexandria community. Through extensive print, broadcast, and digital coverage, we elevate awareness of the Festival, highlight our sponsors, promote the city, and reinforce our continued dedication to community support.
We believe in the power of collective action, where every small contribution, every act of kindness, creates ripples of positive change.
